Safety & Quality

  • Yes, absolutely. All Toytales products are rigorously tested and made from certified non-toxic, child-safe materials. Soft toys use 100% premium soft fabric with non-toxic, child-safe dyes that are gentle on sensitive skin and durable for everyday play.
  • Most plush toys should be hand-washed gently or wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please check the care label on your specific product for the recommended washing instructions to keep it soft and in great condition for longer.
  • Yes. We have an Early Age range designed for babies from birth onwards, including our BPA-free Baby Rattle and Teether Toy Set. All baby products are made from certified non-toxic, child-safe materials gentle on sensitive skin.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Toytales does not accept returns once a product is sold. All purchases are final. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement — see below.
  • We're sorry to hear that! You can request a replacement if: the product arrived damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered. To be eligible, you must raise your request within 24 hours of delivery, share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof, and ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email your request to enquiry@thetoytales.com with your Order ID and proof.
  • Refunds are issued in two cases only: if the replacement item is out of stock, or if your order was confirmed lost in transit by the courier. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Some individual product listings mention a 7-day return window. The site-wide policy is no returns — replacements are only offered for damaged or incorrect items raised within 24 hours. For clarification on any specific product, please contact us directly before purchasing.
