Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At ToyTales, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once sold.

All purchases made on thetoytales.com are final.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
 • The product must be unused and in original packaging
 • Clear photos and unboxing video proof must be shared via email

Replacement will be approved only in case of:

• Damaged product received
 • Incorrect product delivered

If a replacement product is available, we will dispatch it after receiving the original product back. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  1. Replacement not available
     If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.
  2. Product not delivered
     If the order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

In all approved replacement or refund cases:

  • The customer must send the product back to our address.
  • The product must be unused and properly packed.
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
  • For the return process, an unboxing video is necessary.

Failure to return the product may result in cancellation of replacement/refund eligibility.
